The problem
Blue River Home Care needed a website that could earn the trust of families making a hard decision about a parent's care, answer cost questions before the first call, and make a consultation with a local person feel approachable.
Home Services website case study
Belton home care website built around free consultations, family guides, and eight local service-area pages.

The problem
Blue River Home Care needed a website that could earn the trust of families making a hard decision about a parent's care, answer cost questions before the first call, and make a consultation with a local person feel approachable.
The solution
We built a warm, family-focused site around a free consultation with Chris Jennen, clear companionship and daily-support services, eleven family guides on cost and care decisions, and eight local service-area pages connecting families to the Belton team.
The result
The finished site gives Blue River a calm, credible digital front door that answers families' biggest questions about care and cost and makes a free consultation with Chris the clear next step. Families can explore companion care and in-home caregiving, understand coverage across Cass, Jackson, Clay, and Platte counties, and prepare for a conversation at their own pace. The consultation form asks about timing and contact preferences while reminding families to leave out sensitive personal and medical details.
Inside the website
The design system carries the same visual direction, clear hierarchy, and conversion path from the homepage into the pages customers use to make a decision.
